Speak Softly & Clearly

Speak Softly & Clearly

When I speak with resident Doris (above) and other residents, I talk softly and clearly, with an even tone. For those who have hearing problems, sometimes I may increase my volume, but I never shout. I don't want to scare them or hurt their pride. Most importantly, I make sure I have the resident's attention and verify that they heard what was said. spacer
